Clinic Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservation

• A booking is considered pending until the required deposit payment has been received and verified by Snow Balance.
• Participants must complete the booking form with accurate personal information.
• Snow Balance reserves the right to refuse participation if the participant's riding level does not match the clinic requirements or if participation may compromise safety or group quality.

2. Clinic Price & Payment

• Clinic pricing is listed per participant unless otherwise specified.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot in the clinic.
• Remaining balances must be completed before the clinic start time unless otherwise specified by Snow Balance.
• Payment instructions and accepted payment methods are provided in the booking form or directly by Snow Balance.

3. Deposit Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable if the participant cancels the booking for any reason.
• If Snow Balance cancels the clinic due to insufficient participants, operational reasons, severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking provider.

4. Minimum Participants & Clinic Format

• Clinics require a minimum number of participants to operate in the standard 6-hour format.
• If the minimum number of riders is not reached, Snow Balance may still operate the clinic in a reduced 3-hour format while maintaining the original booking price.
• The reduced format may operate as either a morning or afternoon session depending on scheduling and operational requirements.
• This adjustment allows the clinic to operate with smaller group sizes while maintaining coaching quality and operational viability.
• Participants will be informed of the final clinic confirmation, schedule, and format prior to the clinic date.

5. Participant Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation.
• Snow Balance may, at its sole discretion, allow a transfer to another clinic date depending on availability and operational conditions.
• No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

6. Schedule Changes

• Snow Balance reserves the right to modify clinic schedules, meeting times, locations, coaching structure, or daily operations due to weather conditions, snow conditions, resort operations, safety concerns, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Such adjustments do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Safety & Participation

• Snow sports and action sports involve inherent risks including injury or death.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in snowboard or ski activities.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by Snow Balance coaches and staff at all times.
• Snow Balance reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, reckless, abusive, or inappropriate without refund.

8. Equipment

• Participants are responsible for providing and maintaining suitable equipment in safe working condition.
• Helmet use is strongly recommended and may be mandatory depending on the activity, terrain, or clinic format.
• Snow Balance is not responsible for equipment damage, malfunction, loss, or theft.

9. Liability Waiver

• By participating in a Snow Balance clinic, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with snow sports and related activities.
• Snow Balance, its instructors, staff, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, death, personal loss, property damage, or theft occurring before, during, or after participation in the clinic, except where required by applicable law.

10. Media Release

• Photos and videos captured during clinics may be used by Snow Balance for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in media content must notify Snow Balance in writing prior to the clinic start date.

11. Privacy

• Personal information collected through booking forms will be used solely for clinic operations, communication, safety management, and internal administrative purposes.
• Snow Balance will not sell or intentionally distribute participant information to unrelated third parties.

12. Agreement

By submitting a booking form and/or making payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
